This policy explains how the Peak Protocol iOS app (“the app”) handles your personal data.

What we collect

• Your email address, used to sign you in
• The stacks and compounds you create
• Reconstitution values you enter, such as vial size and water volume
• Your dose logs
• A push notification token for your device, if you allow notifications

Why we collect it

• To sign you in with a secure email link
• To sync your data across your devices
• To send low-stock reminders. You can turn these off at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Peak Protocol.

Legal basis

We process your data because it is necessary to provide the app to you: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). We use these processors:

• Supabase: database and authentication
• Expo: push notification delivery
• Our email delivery provider: sending login links

No tracking, no advertising

The app contains no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not show ads and we never sell your data.

Retention

We keep your data until you delete your account.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your data. You can also email office@peakprotocol.eu and we will delete it for you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email office@peakprotocol.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria that is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde): dsb.gv.at.

Age

The app is intended only for people aged 18 or over.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make significant changes, we will let you know in the app.
