I didn't get the login email
Check your spam or junk folder first. Login links expire after a short time and can only be used once, so if yours is old or has already been used, go back to the app and request a new one. Open the link on the same iPhone where the app is installed.
Notifications aren't arriving
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Peak Protocol and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Low-stock reminders are only sent for compounds that are running low.
How do I start a new vial?
On the Stack tab, tap the compound, then tap New vial — reset to full. The remaining dose count goes back to the full vial.
How does the reconstitution calculator work?
It only uses the numbers you enter: the vial size (mg), the amount of water you add (mL) and your dose.
- Concentration = vial size ÷ water volume (mg/mL)
- Volume per dose = dose ÷ concentration (mL)
- Syringe units = volume per dose × 100, for a U-100 insulin syringe
- Doses in vial = vial size ÷ dose, rounded down
The app doesn't suggest doses or check whether values make sense. Always double-check your inputs.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your data. You can also email office@peakprotocol.eu and we'll do it for you.
